Welcome to our portable battery rental service. By renting or using a portable charging battery from our stations, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Description
Our service provides portable charging batteries that may be rented from charging stations located at participating venues. Batteries can be used to charge mobile devices and must be returned to a compatible station.
2. Rental Pricing
Rental charges are as follows:
$2.50 for the first hour of use
$0.80 for each additional hour
$7 maximum charge per 24-hour period
Prices may vary by location and are subject to change.
3. Battery Return
Batteries must be returned to a compatible charging station within our network. Failure to return a battery may result in a replacement fee of up to $25. If a battery is damaged, lost, or not returned within the allowed rental period, the replacement fee may be charged to the payment method used for the rental.
4. Payment Authorization
By initiating a rental, you authorize us to charge your payment method for: rental fees based on usage time, applicable taxes (if required), and replacement or damage fees if the battery is not returned. Additional authorization holds may be placed on your card for security purposes.
5. Proper Use
Users agree to use the battery and charging equipment responsibly. Users must not: attempt to open or modify the battery; use the battery for any unlawful purpose; or damage or tamper with the station or battery. Any intentional damage may result in additional charges.
6. Station Availability
Station availability and battery supply may vary by location. We do not guarantee that a battery will always be available at a given station.
7. Service Interruptions
We are not responsible for service interruptions due to: network outages, power failures, venue closures, or equipment maintenance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our battery rental service. Users assume responsibility for their devices and any charging cables used.
9. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact customer support through our website.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
