Rental Information

Portable batteries are available at our charging stations.

Rental pricing:

  • $2.50 for the first hour
  • $0.80 for each additional hour
  • $7 daily maximum charge

Batteries must be returned to a compatible station.

Battery Returns

You can return the battery to any compatible station in our network.

If a battery is not returned, a $25 replacement fee will be charged.

Billing Questions

If you see a charge on your bank statement and need assistance, please contact us and include:

  • Date of rental
  • Approximate location of the station
  • Last four digits of the card used

Our team will review the transaction and assist you.

Station Issues

If a station is not functioning properly or a battery will not release or return correctly, please contact support immediately so we can assist.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact support and we will investigate.
