Terms of Use & Service Agreement
Enzergy24 provides advanced charging infrastructure for mobile devices across public and private venues. By utilizing our equipment, including rechargeable battery modules and integrated docking stations, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following operational and legal frameworks. These terms govern the relationship between the service provider, participating venues, and individual end-users.
1. PROPER EQUIPMENT UTILIZATION: Our battery equipment is designed for standard consumer electronics only. Users must ensure that their devices are compatible with the provided cables and power outputs. Any attempt to modify, tamper with, or redirect energy from the docking stations for non-intended purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of service and potential liability for equipment damage.
2. LIABILITY LIMITS & WARRANTY: All charging services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we maintain rigorous safety standards, Enzergy24 shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage to hardware, data corruption, personal injury arising from improper use or unforeseeable surge events. Venues are responsible for providing stable primary power units.
3. VENUES & OPERATIONAL REQS: Participating arenas, bars, and hospitals must maintain a 24-inch clear perimeter around all high-traffic battery deployment zones. Technical support is available via our centralized monitoring hub. Any technical failure must be reported within 4 hours to ensure seamless infrastructure reliability. Legal disputes arising from these terms will be settled under the jurisdiction of corporate headquarters.
