Refund and Rental Policy

This policy explains the terms related to battery rentals, billing, and refund requests.

Rental Charges

Rental charges begin when a battery is released from a charging station. Standard pricing:

  • $2.50 first hour
  • $0.80 each additional hour
  • $7 maximum daily charge

Pricing may vary by location.

Battery Return

Batteries must be returned to a compatible charging station.

If a battery is not returned, a replacement fee of $25 will be charged to the payment method used for the rental in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact our support team and provide:

  • Date of rental
  • Location of the station
  • Last four digits of the payment card used

We will investigate the transaction and respond as quickly as possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in situations such as:

  • Station malfunction
  • Charging equipment failure
  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted for:

  • Failure to return a battery
  • Damage to equipment
  • Charges resulting from normal rental usage

Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact support before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Many issues can be resolved quickly through customer support.
